Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid plans and add-ons bought from https://wprank.in, sold by Impex Infotech, Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

The free plugin

The WPRank plugin on WordPress.org is free. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.

14-day refund window

If a paid plan is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the decision, though we always appreciate knowing what went wrong.

To request a refund, email support@wprank.in from the address you bought with, and include your order reference or licence key.

When we may decline

We may refuse a refund where:

• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
• The licence has been used in a way that breaks our Terms & Conditions — for example being shared or resold.
• The request is for a renewal you were notified about in advance and did not cancel, more than 14 days after it was charged.
• There is a pattern of repeated buy-and-refund on the same account.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The money returns to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few days to show it, which is outside our control.

You will receive an email confirming the refund when we process it.

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, the associated licence key is cancelled and any sites it was activated on are released. The free plugin on those sites continues to work normally — only the paid add-on stops receiving updates.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@wprank.in. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the term you are currently in. If you cancel within 14 days of being charged, ask for a refund and we will process it under the policy above.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, contact us and we will return it in full regardless of the 14-day window.
