These terms govern your use of the WPRank website at https://wprank.in, the WPRank WordPress plugin, and any paid add-on or service we sell. The service is operated by Impex Infotech, Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

By using the site or the plugin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. The free plugin

The WPRank plugin published on the WordPress.org plugin directory is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. That licence governs your use of it, and it grants you broad rights to use, modify and redistribute the code.

Nothing in these terms restricts the rights the GPL gives you over that plugin.

The free plugin is provided as is. We maintain it actively, but we do not guarantee it is free of defects or that it will suit any particular purpose.

2. Paid plans and add-ons

When paid plans are available, buying one gives you a licence key, not ownership of the software. Each plan states how many sites the key may be activated on. You may move a key between sites by releasing one activation and using another.

You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish a licence key. If a key is used in a way that breaks these terms we may revoke it without refund.

A paid licence entitles you to updates and support for the term you paid for. When it lapses, the software you already installed keeps working — you simply stop receiving updates and priority support.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

You must give accurate billing information. We may suspend or close an account that provides false information, abuses the service, or attempts to breach its security.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break any law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Interfere with the service, overload it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Use the service to generate spam, or content designed to manipulate search engines deceptively.

5. Payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are in the currency stated there. Applicable taxes, including Indian GST where relevant, are added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

We may change prices. Existing subscriptions keep their price until the end of the current term, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Support

Support for the free plugin is provided on a best-effort basis through the WordPress.org support forum. Paid plans include the response times stated on the pricing page.

Support covers the plugin itself. It does not cover writing custom code for you, fixing unrelated problems on your site, or work caused by other plugins and themes.

8. Intellectual property

The WPRank name, logo and the content of this website belong to Impex Infotech. The plugin's source code is GPL licensed as described above. Nothing here transfers ownership of our trademarks to you.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. If you have paid us nothing, our liability is limited to reinstating or correcting the service.

We are not responsible for your search engine rankings. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside any plugin's control, and no tool can guarantee a position in search results.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we will give notice where practical.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, and we will normally warn you first unless the breach is serious.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
